1.) Pre-Existing Or Potential Damage

 Your Product Must Be Moved to a  clear & cleaned room in Order for the appliance to be Repaired. simpson maintenance LLC will take every PRECAUTIONS TO PREVENT DAMAGES TO YOUR HOME, BUT PLEASE KNOW  THERE'S  A RISK IN EVERY SERVICE  CALL. MOVEMENT OF THE  PRODUCT  CAN  SOMETIMES CAUSE MINOR DAMAGE TO THE NEARBY AREA(SUCH AS: SCRATCHES TO FLOOR, CABINETS, WALLS, ECT...).  TECHNICIAN WILL HAVE A WAIVER  IF YOU’RE NOT ABLE TO MOVE THE APPLIANCE (IF NEEDED) ***** IF WAIVER IS’NT SIGNED , SERVICE WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL THE CUSTOMER HAS THE UNIT IN THE REQUESTED LOCATION  AND IS ALSO  RESPONSIBLE FOR HAVING IT MOVED AND ANY BILL THAT COMES W/THAT.AS WELL AS ANY DAMAGES  THAT  ARE CONSEQUENCE OF THE MOVEMENT 

2.) PAYMENT LIABILITY

IN THE EVENT THE CIENT (YOUR WARRANTY PROVIDER) FAILS TO PROVIDE FULL PAYMENT TO SERVICE COMPANY (SIMPSON MAINTENANCE LLC., CONTRACTOR) FOR ANY REASON FOR SERVICES INITIATED, STARTED , IN THE PROCESS OF , OR COMPLETED ON THE DATE AS THE SIGNATURE , THEN THE OWNER OF THE SERVICED APPLIANCE HEREBY AGREE TO BE LIABLE TO SUCH PAYMENT NOT EXCEEDING $1000.00 (ONE THOUSAND) U.S. DOLLARS PLUS ANY TAX , LEGAL DISPUTE FEES, AND DAMAGES OR ANY OTHER EXPENSES CONCERNING THE AT QUESTION INVOICE. BY SIGNING THIS FORM YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE HEREBY LIABLE FOR SUCH PAYMENT AND IMMEDIATELY REIMBURSE SIMPSON MAINTENANCE LLC. (CONTRACTORS). WE EXCEPT CHECKS, CASH AND CREDIT CARD.

3.)Refunds

Service & Labor Charges Are **NON-REFUNDABLE**. Regardless Of The Out Come Of The Service. Part Refunds are Subject To Wear And Tare Or If The Parts Distributor Will Take Them Back.

4.)Refusal Of Service And/Or Sales

Simpson Maintenance LLC. Reserves The Right To Refuse Service/Sales And/Or Cancel Service/End Transaction @ Anytime Before And/Or During The Transaction And/Or Service Call. Simpson Maintenance LLC. Reserves The Right To Ban Any Customer From Service And/Or Sales Anytime Before/After Transaction And/Or Service.

5.)Photos & Notes Of Appliance(s)

Signing Of This Document Says That Both Parties Agree On The State Of Home/Property/Appliance(s). The Simpson Maintenance Tech Will Take Photos & Make Notes (If Necessary) On The Status/State Of The Delivered/Installed/Serviced Appliance(s)-Home/Property (if Damaged). By Signing This Document You(Owner Or Approved Signee) Is Over 18 & Has The Authority To Sign Off On This Document While Being Sober And Of Sound Mind And Agrees That The Appliance(s) Being Returned Matches Deinstallation/Pre-Delivery/Service Photos & Any "NEW" Damage Has Been Reviewed & Agreed On & Documented By The Simpson Maintenance Tech And Posted On Your(Owner Or Approved Signee) Work Order (Copy Can Be Sent On Request).Once Signed You(Owner Or Approved Signee)Are Agreeing ALL "NEW" Issues Have Been Documented (Pictures & Noted) And That You(Owner Or Approved Signee) Waive The Right To Dispute Or Take ANY Legal Action Against Simpson Maintenance Or Employee(s) Over Any Newly Found/Noticed Cosmetic Damage To House/Property/Appliance(s) Found After Signing This Document.

7.)Damage To Home, Property Or

Not Working Properly

Any Damages To The Home Or Unit Needs To Be Reported To Simpson Maintenance Office(No VoiceMail's) With In 24 Hours Of Service Or The Issue Is Non Reportable.*(No Exceptions). We Also Ask That You Give Simpson Maintenance A Chance To Investigate Situation.

8.) Your Data

@ Simpson Maintenance We Take The Up Most Respect For Your Information. We Hold On To It For Records & Future Promotional Material. Your Information Is Kept On A Cloud Based System That’s Is Closely Monitored & 100% Secure. We Do Not Sale Or Use Your Information In Any Way Outside Of Our Office . We Use The Information To Better Assist You & Future Customers.

9.) Amendment of this Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to make any material changes to this Privacy Policy in the future, including how we use your Personal Information, we will send you an email or in-App notification.
