Services Included Simpson Maintenance shall provide one (1) annual preventative maintenance visit during the contract term. Services may include:

Terms & Conditions

This plan provides preventative maintenance only. This plan does NOT include: • Service calls • Diagnostic fees • Repair labor • Replacement parts • Refrigerant • Sealed system repairs • Electronic control boards • Manufacturer defects • Water damage repairs • Cosmetic repairs Customer must provide safe and reasonable access to covered appliances. Unused maintenance visits expire at the end of the contract term. This agreement is not a warranty, insurance policy, home warranty, or repair coverage plan. Simpson Maintenance does not guarantee that covered appliances will not fail or require future repairs. This plan is intended to reduce the likelihood of appliance failure and extend appliance life through routine preventative maintenance.
